Description A spicy chicken salad worth the weight of the pouched chicken.
  • 1 pk 7-ounce chicken
  • 4 pkt mayo
  • 2 T diced dried onion
  • 1⁄4 c chopped dried apples
  • 1 t mild curry powder
  • 1⁄4 t dried ground ginger
  • 2 pita pockets or flour tortillas
  1. At home: In a snack size plastic bag pack the dried onions and apples. In a small bag pack the spices. Pack with the other items.
  2. Cover the dried onions/apples with cool water and let soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off any remaining water. Open the chicken packet, add in 2 packets of mayo and the spices, stirring in well. Stir in the onion/apples and add more mayo packets as desired. Let sit for a couple minutes to blend, then serve on wrap of choice.
