Alfredo Mashers
  • 2⁄3 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp shelf stable parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 1⁄4 tsp dried basil
  • 1⁄8 tsp dried garlic
  • 1⁄8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1⁄8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp dried oregano

At home pack everything in a quart freezer or sandwich bag. Mark “Add 1 cup water” on bag.

FBC method:

Add 1 cup near boiling water and stir well. Let sit till cool enough to eat.

Mug method:

Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir well and let sit till cool enough to eat. 

Substitute full fat dry milk for the non-dairy creamer if desired.

Serves 1.
