Description Low sodium sub
  • 2 T low sodium beef bouillon
  • 2 t red wine vinegar
  • 1 t molasses
  • 1⁄8 ground ginger
  • 1⁄8 t dried garlic
  • 1⁄8 t ground black pepper
  • 3⁄4 c water
  1. In small saucepan, combine and boil gently uncovered about 5 minutes or till mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using. Will gel sometimes in refrigerator, but it does not affect it.
  2. Will last on the trail for a couple days, do not take in extremely hot weather.
