Description Shaken up punch
  • 1⁄2 c fruit punch drink mix
  • 1⁄2 c dry milk
  • 4 c water
  1. At home:
  2. Pack the dry ingredients in a small zip top bag. You will need a quart water bottle with a tight fitting lid as well.
  3. In camp:
  4. Add the dry ingredients to your water bottle. Slowly add in a cup or so of water. Seal tightly and shake till mix is dissolved. Open and add the rest of the water. Seal tightly and shake again. Let sit for a minute to settle, then drink.
For the fruit punch mix you can use any sugar sweetened brand (avoid the ones artificially sweetened unless you calculate how much mix to use). Brands such as sweetened Kool-Aid, Wylers and others may be used, or look for natural versions. Feel free to use other flavors.
