Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

Description High protein drink
- 1 scp vanilla whey protein mix (see notes)
- 1 T yogurt powder
- 1 1⁄2 T dry milk
- 1⁄4 c crushed freeze dried oranges (1/2 ounce)
- 1⁄2 t vanilla powder
- 8 oz water
- At home:
- Pack the dry ingredients in a sandwich bag, sealing tightly.
- To prepare:
- Add in cold water, seal bag tightly and shake till dissolved. If you have a large mug, put on the lid, cover the sip hole and shake for a good minute.
