Vanilla Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 box 4 serving size instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2⁄3 cup dry milk
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:

At home pack the pudding mix, dry milk, coconut and cinnamon in a quart freezer bag.

In camp:

Add 2 cups cold water, seal tightly and shake for 2 minutes till well mixed. Stash in a cold stream or snowbank till after dinner.

Serve topped with more coconut if desired.

Serves 4.
