Description Creamy latte pudding
  • 1 pk 4 serving instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2⁄3 c dry milk
  • 2 t instant espresso powder
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 3⁄4 c water
  1. In a quart freezer or sandwich bag pack the pudding, milk and espresso powders. Pack the cinnamon in a small bag.
  2. Take 1 3/4 cups very cold water, add to the bag and seal well. Shake for 1 – 2 minutes till it starts to thicken. If you can, let the pudding rest in a cold snow bank, stream or lake for 20 minutes.
