Description Creamy latte pudding
- 1 pk 4 serving instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2⁄3 c dry milk
- 2 t instant espresso powder
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1 3⁄4 c water
- In a quart freezer or sandwich bag pack the pudding, milk and espresso powders. Pack the cinnamon in a small bag.
- Take 1 3/4 cups very cold water, add to the bag and seal well. Shake for 1 – 2 minutes till it starts to thicken. If you can, let the pudding rest in a cold snow bank, stream or lake for 20 minutes.
