With the rapid rise in food allergies, finding “safe” food has become harder, especially if you rely on commercially prepared meals. These are recipes that have worked well for one of our children, who is severely allergic to tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs. We cannot guarantee they will fit your needs 100%, but can give you a starting point to eat safely – and well – while out.
Note: Some of the below recipes DO contain wheat or gluten. The key here is no peanuts, tree nuts, or eggs. For any recipe calling for bread or tortillas, use what works in your diet!
