Users must comply with the following terms and conditions before using Trail Cooking. It is important that you carefully review the following information. This information may be updated and therefore it should be checked periodically.

By entering and using this site, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound and subject to them. This creates a binding legal agreement between you and this site that you will comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this, do not access the site or use any of its information. Members who violate these terms and conditions may have their membership terminated and may have their information removed without warning. The site retains to the right to keep and display any submitted information even after the membership is terminated. The following content is not allowed on Trail Cooking:

• Content that we believe is pornographic, obscene, or of an adult nature
• Content that is grossly offensive to members of the online community
• Content that displays personal information of a person without his or her wishes
• Content that is not lawful including material in conflict with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
• Content that is copyrighted and displayed without permission from the copyright owner
• Any other content that is decided to be inappropriate by Trail Cooking staff
• Any links to the above noted content

Trail Cooking has the absolute right to delete, move and edit content and material for any reason, in any manner, at any time, without notice; however, the staff has no obligation to do so. The user is ultimately responsible for any information submitted or posted to this site. The user should report any content that would fall into the above categories to the administrators of this site. In compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Act membership is not available to anybody under the age of 13 unless they provide this site with evidence of their guardian’s consent.

By becoming a member of this site, you agree not to hold Trail Cooking responsible for any claims resulting from violations of these terms and conditions. As a member you also have read and understand the terms of the disclaimer on the Trail Cooking site. Likewise you agree that this site will have no liability for damages of any kind in connection with your use of this site. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the other portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect. This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Users of this site agree to personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of Washington.
