Description

Spicy base sauce

Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 c chunky peanut butter
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T lower sodium soy sauce
  • 2 t lime juice
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1⁄4 t dried garlic
  • 1⁄4 t red pepper flakes

Instructions

At home mix well to blend. Pack in a small plastic bag or container.

Toss with hot rice, noodles or use as a dipping sauce. Is great added to a 7-ounce pouch of chicken, then spread on tortillas.
