Quick pasta n' cheese
At home:
Pack the pasta in a quart freezer bag, the cheese/seasonings in a small bag, place the olive oil packet with the bag.
In camp:
Freezer bag method:
Pour 1 1/2 cups near boiling water over the ramen. Seal bag tightly, carefully rotate bag till ramen softens. Put in a cozy for 10 minutes. Drain any remaining water carefully. Add olive oil and toss with spices and cheese.
Substitute chuka soba noodles or baked ramen.

Quick Mtn Spaghetti
I made this without the parsley and just 2 t of italian for my Wood Badge patrol's camping weekend.
It received rave reviews from our two staff "guests" and seemed to become the most talked about meal among the staff this past weekend.
