Potassium rich breakfast
| 1 | T | peanut butter |
| 1 | small banana | |
| 1 | flour tortilla |
Bananas carry well if wrapped in a paper towel and placed in your pot. Use within a couple days - get green ones to extend their life and keep away from other fruit, particularly apples.
Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla. Cut the banana into slices and lay on the peanut butter. Roll and eat.

Carrying PB
How do you conveniently carry PB?
Why cut the banana up? Since you're rolling it up anyway, it seems simpler to just wrap the tortilla around the banana.
Cut it or mash it
You don't have to cut it up IF you fold your tortilla so that one end is closed (and will stay closed while eating), otherwise the P.B. kind of lubricates the banana and it will try to slide out every time you take a bite :)
Carrying PB
You can get packets of PB from Justin's Nut Butters that are quite good. Many grocery stores carry them. As well you can get 6 packs of 2-ounce tubs of Jif in many stores. Or you can always just pack PB from home in a small container or double bag it.
On the banana, sure, toss it in whole!
