Description

Low sodium chili powder.

Ingredients

2Tpaprika
2tdried oregano, cumin, cinnamon
1 1⁄4tground cumin
1 1⁄4tdried garlic
3⁄4tcayenne pepper
3⁄4tonion powder (not onion salt)

Notes

While one can buy Chili Powder in the store, it can be fun to make your own. You know what is going in to it, and you can make it hotter if you like it that way!

Instructions

Mix together in a small bowl. Store in a tightly sealed bottle or bag. add salt to taste if desired.
