Low sodium chili powder.

| 2 | t | dried oregano, cumin, cinnamon |
| 1 1⁄4 | t | ground cumin |
| 1 1⁄4 | t | dried garlic |
| 3⁄4 | t | cayenne pepper |
| 3⁄4 | t | onion powder (not onion salt) |
While one can buy Chili Powder in the store, it can be fun to make your own. You know what is going in to it, and you can make it hotter if you like it that way!
Mix together in a small bowl. Store in a tightly sealed bottle or bag. add salt to taste if desired.
