Hearty Oatmeal

| 2 | T | brown sugar |
| 1 | T | dry milk |
| 1 | T | dried cranberries |
| 1 | T | chopped dried dates |
| 1 | T | chopped almonds |
| 1 | c | water |
Plain or flavored oatmeal, your choice, either works well.
For a vegan version use rice or soy milk powder and a vegan friendly instant oatmeal.
At home pack everything in a pint freezer or sandwich bag.
FBC method:
Add 1 cup near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 5 minutes.
Mug method:
Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 5 minutes.
