Description

Mildly spicy/savory gorp.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c golden raisins
  • 1⁄2 c natural shredded coconut
  • 1⁄2 c peanuts
  • 1⁄2 c cashews
  • 1 t mild curry powder

Instructions

Heat a heavy skillet over low heat. Add in the ingredients and stir often for 10 minutes, or until the curry is very fragrant.

Let cool then pack in tightly sealed snack bags.

Notes

You can use any dried fruit or nut, substitute what you prefer. Use salted or unsalted nuts, depending on your personal preference. A little salt on the nuts will make the curry taste better though.
