Vegetarian rice pilaf for the mushroom lover.
At home pack all the ingredients in a quart freezer or sandwich bag.
Freezer bag method:
Add 1 1/2 cups near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in cozy for 15 minutes. Stir well.
Insulated mug method:
Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to dry ingredients. stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 15 minutes. Stir well.

Feel free to use any similar dry soup mix, there are many brands to choose from. Use 2 to 4 Tablespoons dry mix, or to taste.
