High protein drink
At home:
Pack the dry ingredients in a sandwich bag, sealing tightly.
To prepare:
Add in cold water, seal bag tightly and shake till dissolved. If you have a large mug, put on the lid, cover the sip hole and shake for a good minute.

Great in the Morning
This is a great drink to start off, what's going to be, a hot day on the trail. You can put in any kind of freeze dried fruit you wish too. I add a little extra protein, because I'm missing it in my other trail foods.
