Creamy latte pudding
| 1 | pk | 4 serving instant vanilla pudding mix |
| 2⁄3 | c | dry milk |
| 2 | t | instant espresso powder |
| 1 | t | ground cinnamon |
| 1 3⁄4 | c | water |
In a quart freezer or sandwich bag pack the pudding, milk and espresso powders. Pack the cinnamon in a small bag.
Take 1 3/4 cups very cold water, add to the bag and seal well. Shake for 1 - 2 minutes till it starts to thicken. If you can, let the pudding rest in a cold snow bank, stream or lake for 20 minutes.
