Description

A simple hearty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 c bulgur
  • 2 T raisins
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 T almonds (toasted and chopped)
  • 1⁄2 t cinnamon
  • 1 T coconut cream powder
  • 1⁄2 c water

Instructions

At home:
Mix all ingredients into a pint freezer bag.

FBC method:
Add 1/2 cup near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 15 minutes.

Mug method:
Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 15 minutes.

Notes

Some coconut cream powder contains Lactose so read the packages carefully, look in natural food stores for dairy free versions.
