Directions:

Add 6 cups water, tomatoes and peppers to a 2 Liter pot, bring to boil (watch it, it will foam up). Add in angel hair and cook as directed, lowering the flame as needed to maintain a low boil.

Carefully drain the cooking water. Add in the tuna (with oil) plus the olive oil, toss to combine. Shake the cheese bag on top. toss to coat.

Serves 2 large portions (or 2 still big portions plus a hungry toddler)

Notes:

Can’t find the Starkist tuna pouches with olive oil in your store locally? Use what you can find (most grocery and big box stores carry the water packed tuna) or pick up a can of it by Starkist. It has a pop top for easy opening. If you can’t source it locally, check out Genova Tuna on Minimus, with a pop top as well.
