Leek and Chicken Rice

Description Creamy leeks and chicken.
- 1 c instant rice
- 3 T dry leek soup mix
- 1 T dry milk
- 1 T diced dried leeks
- 1 cn 3 to 5 ounces chicken
- 1 1⁄4 c water
- At home pack the dry ingredients in a quart freezer or sandwich bag, pack the chicken with it.
- FBC method:
- Add the chicken with broth and 1 cup + 2 Tbsp near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 15 minutes.
- Mug method:
- add the chicken with broth and 1 cup + 2 Tbsp boiling water. Stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 15 minutes.
Find dry leek soup with the dry soup mixes in grocery stores. Substitute any other cream-of dry mix as well.
