Description Spicy chicken curry
Ingredients
  • 3⁄4 c couscous
  • 1⁄2 c dried cranberries
  • 1 T diced dried onions
  • 1⁄2 T dried parsley
  • 1 1⁄2 T curry powder
  • 1⁄4 t salt
  • 1 pk 7-ounce chicken pouch
  • 1 T olive oil (1 packet)
  • 1⁄4 c diced toasted walnuts
  • 1 1⁄4 c water
Instructions
  1. At home pack the dry ingredients in a quart freezer or sandwich bag. Put the nuts in a small bag. Place the chicken and oil packets with the bags.
  2. FBC method:
  3. Add the chicken with broth, oil and 1 1/4 cup near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 10 minutes. Fluff up and add the walnuts.
  4. Mug method:
  5. Add the chicken with broth, oil and 1 1/4 cups boiling water to the dry ingredients. Stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff up and add the walnuts.
