Creamy Mushroom Rice

Description Vegetarian rice pilaf for the mushroom lover.
- 1 c instant rice
- 2 T crumbled dried mushrooms
- 1 T dry milk
- 1 1⁄2 c water
- 2 T dry cream of mushroom soup mix
- At home pack all the ingredients in a quart freezer or sandwich bag.
- Freezer bag method:
- Add 1 1/2 cups near boiling water. Stir well, seal tightly and put in cozy for 15 minutes. Stir well.
- Insulated mug method:
- Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to dry ingredients. stir well, cover tightly and let sit for 15 minutes. Stir well.
