BBQ Chicken Rice Wraps

Description BBQ chicken wrapped up burrito style with rice and cream cheese.
- 1⁄2 c instant rice
- 1 pk 4-ounce bbq flavor chicken breast
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1⁄2 c water
- At home: Pack the rice into a pint freezer bag. Pack everything else along side.
- Add 1/2 cup near boiling water to the rice bag. Stir well, seal tightly and put in a cozy for 15 minutes, slipping the unopened chicken breast package under the rice bag (this will warm up the chicken).
- Meanwhile spread the cream cheese on the tortillas. Split the rice between them. Open up the chicken package and using your spoon, break it up. Split the chicken between the tortillas, drizzling the sauce over them. Roll up burrito style.
Shelf stable cream cheese can be found in some grocery stores (look in the bakery). Regular cream cheese will carry for a couple days as well.[br]If you cannot find the BumbleBee brand BBQ chicken breast, substitute any flavor you can find. Flavored tuna fillets work well also.
