- 2⁄3 c instant mashed potatoes
- 1 T dry milk
- 1 T shelf stable parmesan cheese
- 1 t non dairy coffee creamer
- 1⁄4 t dried basil
- 1⁄8 t dried garlic
- 1⁄8 t ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 t salt
- 1⁄8 t dried oregano
- 1 c water
- At home pack everything in a quart freezer or sandwich bag. Mark "Add 1 cup water" on bag.
- FBC method:
- Add near boiling water and stir well. Let sit till cool enough to eat.
- Mug method:
- Add boiling water. Stir well and let sit till cool enough to eat.
Substitute full fat dry milk for the non dairy creamer if desired.
