This vegan friendly recipe is a great alternative to instant hot cocoa commercial mixes. Just 3 ingredients. Allergy friendly. Vegan. And has a great long-term storage life for both hiking and at home use.
Vegan Coconut Hot Cocoa Mix
Mix ingredients together. If the coconut milk powder is clumping, pulsing it in a mini food chopper will blend it.
Store tightly sealed, preferably in a glass mason jar, for long-term storage.
Bag 2 heaping Tablespoons in a snack bag, mark “Add 1 cup water”.
Makes about 5 servings.
