- 1 ct 4 serving size instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2⁄3 c dry milk
- 1⁄2 c coconut
- 1⁄2 t ground cinnamon
- 2 c cold water
- At home pack the pudding mix, dry milk, coconut and cinnamon in a quart freezer bag.
- In camp:
- Add 2 cups cold water, seal tightly and shake for 2 minutes till well mixed. Stash in a cold stream or snowbank till after dinner.
- Serve topped with more coconut if desired.
