PB & Banana Wraps

Description Potassium rich breakfast
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- 1 flour tortilla
- Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla. Cut the banana into slices and lay on the peanut butter. Roll and eat.
Bananas carry well if wrapped in a paper towel and placed in your pot. Use within a couple days – get green ones to extend their life and keep away from other fruit, particularly apples.
