Description Potassium rich breakfast
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 flour tortilla
  1. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla. Cut the banana into slices and lay on the peanut butter. Roll and eat.
Bananas carry well if wrapped in a paper towel and placed in your pot. Use within a couple days – get green ones to extend their life and keep away from other fruit, particularly apples.
