- 3⁄4 c bulgur
- 1⁄4 c dried cranberries
- 2 T dried blueberries
- 3 T orange powder (see note)
- 1⁄4 c toasted chopped walnuts
- 1 1⁄2 c water
- Pack everything but the nuts in a sandwich bag. Put the nuts in a small bag.
- Add 1½ cup cool water to the bag before going to bed. In the morning, add walnuts (or your favorite nuts/seeds).
For the orange powder, run freeze dried oranges through a blender. You can substitute Tang®, but it isn't quite the same.
